1. Who is the incubation program for?

Our incubation programs are designed for innovative and ambitious entrepreneurs, including project leaders from Cameroon, the African diaspora, and other African nations. We give special attention to supporting women entrepreneurs and have run dedicated programs for specific communities, such as "handipreneurs" (entrepreneurs with disabilities).

We select entrepreneurs through periodic calls for applications. To apply for our flagship incubation program, please use our official online application form. For all other programs or spontaneous inquiries, please feel free to get in touch with our team.

Our standard incubation programs run for a period of  6 to 12 months. This duration allows us to provide in-depth, structured support to ensure your venture is ready for growth and investment.

While O'Botama is not an investment fund and does not provide direct funding, a core part of our mission is to make our startups investment-ready. We actively prepare you for fundraising, help you structure your pitch deck, and facilitate connections with potential investors. Our programs have a successful track record of helping entrepreneurs secure funding.

While we have supported a wide range of sectors including education, health, and agriculture, we have a growing specialization and strategic focus on the

Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI), particularly in digital arts and crafts.

Our Expertise Center is our consulting arm, designed for established companies and organizations. We provide high-level services including technical assistance, corporate training on digital tools, strategic support for winning calls for tenders, and the development of custom entrepreneurship programs.
